How to install the english translation...
New install.
Before we start I would like to take this time to say, I hope this help you guys out, please leave this file intact and please leave al references in this file too.

**Install files have not been included in this version due to the different ways to install Koobi now.**
First thing you will need to do is upload all the files to your server, usualy it will be root or public_html to some. when you have done this you will want to copy the included files to your server too, you will only need the files in the Data Directory! just over write the files that are present.
Go into your cpanel and create yourself a new DataBase, once done go back to your browser and type in the following..... http://yoursireurl.com/setup.php, changing the yoursiteurl to match your domain name, (I know, there are some that like to copy and paste) then hit enter, fill in all of the details and complete the install.
Once the install is complete you will need to insert the language SQL's I made for you, to do this you will need to go back into cpanel and goto phpmyadmin, once there select the DataBase for your Koobi install, now click on the SQL tab at the top, now browse for the koobi_440_admin.sql file, click on go, this will drop the old data and insert the new data, do the same for koobi_440_user.sql and you are almost complete!
Now all we need to do is turn on the language, to do this you will need to log in to Koobi using the username and password you entered during the setup, goto the admin screen or http://www.yoururlhere.com/admin/index.php, you will notice a large menu to the left, click on the one that says "Einstellungen" then click on "Generele Einstellungen", this is the setup page for your site, change
Sprache Userbereich &
Sprache Adminbereich to "en" within the pull down, goto the very bottom of the page and click on "SPEICHERN".
You should now see the english language in operation on both sides of the side, the user and admin sides!
Koobi is a wonderful product, it has taken years of development from dream4.de and I hope you love it as much as I do, I have at my website cmsjunkie.com forums and help files in english, I am no way affiliated with dream4.de but I hope I can work along side them and help where I can.
Dream4.de is a german language website, but in there forums you can get some help in english (waiting required for an english speaking person), you have to be registered with them in order to receive help, the only way to do that is to buy Koobi from them.
I do not sell Koobi at my site, I just try to help out as best I can, I am no way an expert with Koobi but I am learning more on a daily basis as you will too.
